Dr. Epstein's approach is to provide the most natural appearance, assuring features in harmony with the rest of the patient's face and body. The skills and the means to change an individual's appearance confers an incredibly important responsibility.
Many times the patient is merely concerned about and would benefit most from the improvement of a minor imperfection and it is not necessary to "re-sculpt" the entire area but rather to conservatively, but successfully, deliver the improvement. Other times, whether repairing the work done prior or operating on a nose with multiple cosmetic deficiencies, more extensive work is required. When performing nasal surgery it is important to maintain or even improve the breathing function of the nose.
Dr. Epstein, with his training and background in otolaryngology, is well suited to do this. For over 18 years this approach has served both he and his patients well.
Every year Dr. Epstein performs hundreds and hundreds of surgeries with particular concentration in rhinoplasty. His patients come from throughout the world, finding out about his work from other happy patients, through internet, and from other doctors including quite a few plastic surgeons. Over the past 18 years, patients from all 50 United States and over 75 countries have traveled to be treated by Dr. Epstein.
OVERVIEW: Dr. Jeffrey Epstein has been in solo private practice in Miami since 1994, and New York City since 2002, and is a Voluntary Assistant Professor at the University of Miami. A Past President of the Florida Society of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Dr. Epstein publishes and lectures extensively, and is considered a foremost expert in the field of primary and revision facial plastic surgery including rhinoplasty and facelifting, and surgical hair restoration. Dr. Epstein also provides pro bono reconstructive surgery to children and other people of need. As Founder and Director of the Foundation for Hair Restoration and Plastic Surgery in 2008, Dr. Epstein has created a multi-doctor, multi-state associated practice for cosmetic surgeons, one which is physician owned and controlled.
