Question:
What is an endo brow lift? Is it different from a regular brow lift and what specifically does this do?
Answer:
An endo brow lift refers to an endoscopic brow lift which is done through four or five one-inch incisions in the hair and uses telescopes to go down and elevate and lift tissues. The benefit of an endoscopic brow lift is it has a few very small scars in the hair. The drawbacks are that it may not last quite as long as a regular brow lift and it can occasionally cause the forehead to seem to get larger. However, it is a very good procedure for someone concerned about scars around the hair who has a slightly thinning hairline. This is done by plastic surgeons and facial plastic surgeons.
